Had a huge interruption yesterday, so nothing got made. Back on the list for today. Supper for us: sausage and saffron risotto.

I’m fancying a risotto but the stove is lit do I’ll probably end up roasting some veggies.

Last night we had chicken and vegetable curry with naan.

I'll decide on today's menu after I've been shopping.

I'm thinking salmon and broccoli risotto, cooked on the ring so that the oven is free for fruit cake number 3.

Beel casserole from the freezer with boiled potatoes.

Got a lot to cook today. Not sure what of it we'll eat.

Sausage casserole, spag bol, and doro and misir wat. I spotted yesterday that we have a few cauli heads. Small but fully formed and Mr Snoop won't cook them while I'm away, so if I've got time, some cauli, courgette and chickpea curry.

Tonight I think I'll make fish pie with fish and parsley sauce in the bottom and caper mash with sliced tomato and cheese on top. Carrots and beans with it.
