Salmon baked with lemon and capers tonight, a few roast potatoes and parsnips (this is a dummy run ahead of Christmas day to see how long they take in the new oven), carrots and broccolli with some homemade parsley sauce.
Chicken goujons with a creamy pesto sauce, couscous and salad.
I've just set the breadmaker off to make sure I'm not short of breadcrumbs to make stuffing in the morning. I'm not sure because stuffing is one of those things that I make by eye rather than weighing or measuring and I start off with boiled onions.
