I think we'll be settling for salmon, sweetcorn, leek, pea and whatever veg need using up risotto.

I made extra soup last night so Mr GF will be over the moon to get that with a slice of bread and butter for lunch.

I normally start the dough off in advance but forgot to do it, so I'd better do that now. But I promised Mr Snoop I'd make a deep pan pizza in my new pan, so no getting out of it...

We risked ordering the throw out and they bravely delivered, so the beefburgers now cheeseburgers tonight.

We'll have the salmon tonight that we were going to have yesterday but I don't really fancy risotto at the moment so the salmon will probably be baked with lemon and capers and we'll have it with mashed potatoes, carrots, PSB and lots of parsley sauce.

The lads are watching the rugby so it’s a lasagna and lambs lettuce salad followed by an ikea diam cake

It was going to be Aebleskiver for pud but I was just too tired after all the gardening!

Tonight is going to be roast chicken, roast parsnips, roast potatoes, carrots, creamed leeks, beans and gravy.

This evening Beef in gravy with mashed potatoes, parsnips, carrots, kale and some french beans from the freezer.

Pork in a creamy apple and onion sauce with mashed spuds and green beans followed by Birthday cake!

A yogurt with some apricot jam, maybe a piece of toast.

We're stuffed after lunch down the valley. I made focaccia and a ciabatta, plus another Mary Berry chocolate fudge cake to take. All a success. Much better than yesterday's pizza, which I succeeded in burning... The mortification of it.
