Roast chicken and jacket spuds with french beans. No doubt followed by chocolate Easter nests ( got to make sure they are still fresh!)

Weirdly enough Mr GF got his pasta-less Italian bake. Normally I make the mince, tomato, garlic etc bolognese sauce for the base of the pasta bake. I then cook some pasta to add to it and top it with bechamel sauce and then mozzarella cheese to bake and brown in the oven. It was only when I poured the bechamel sauce on top of the bolognese sauce that I realised I'd forgotten to cook/add the pasta. It still tasted really good.

We always have fish on Good Friday - we’re having risotto (with prawns, scallops, haddock and peas) and a side salad of lambs lettuce.
