Fish and chips (home made) last night. No throw out tonight because the football takes precedent for Himself so he'd be eating alone! It will be just a sandwich, so I've just defrosted a left over portion of cottage pie with carrots and peas and demolished it for lunch

Off out in the camper tomorrow, so that’s supper sorted ahead of time!
Sat will be turkey and mango curry followed by a salad and an orange
Sunday will be bean and lentil stew with peas followed by cheese and homemade bread.

Main meals were frozen for impulse nights out in the campervan!

I’ve had some mushrooms given me that needed using up so I’ve made a batch of mushroom soup.

Tonight salmon baked with lemon and capers, mashed potatoes, carrots, broccoli and parsley sauce.
