Tortellini Minestrone soup with sourdough this evening.

Stuffed red pepper with aubergine fritters.

Yesterday's hummus didn't happen. Mr Snoop bought some vegan escalopines on special offer at a German supermarket that has four letters to its name, the first one L and the last one l. Absolutely and utterly ghastly. Chicken nuggets are haute cuisine in comparison with these things. The millet coating was edible, but the white rubber inside was not.

Last night's menu tonight as we had lunch at the garden centre yesterday

Mixed salad, baked potato and salmon.

Salmon baked with lemon and capers, new potatoes, carrots and peas.

Jacket spuds stuffed with salmon, tuna and sweetcorn with broccoli and leek sauce followed by a fresh fruit salad.

Soup with toasted cheese sandwiches.

Chicken breast stirfry with lots of veg and basmati rice.
I have to say, this is my favourite dinner
A great way to use multiple veggies.

Edit: ended up being baked avocado pear stuffed with blue cheese and salad.

Our usual tagliatelle and bol. Baked sweet potatoes and salad for lunch.

Mr GF has put in a request for soup again. I'm having a go at celery and potato today. Obviously with fresh bread and butter.

Strawberries and ice cream for desert.
