Yesterday's baked avocado pear was amazing. Might have to be the same again for lunch. I thought it sounded weird the first time I made it years back, but it's a great way to use a not-quite-ripe avocado pear.
Supper aubergine parmigiana I think.
Also, a couple of 50/50 white and wholemeal sourdough loaves to bake in a bit. Hope they come out OK: I'm hoping to swap one for a dozen eggs with the neighbour down the valley.
