Tonight we are having this but with strawberries from the garden blended into it.
You can add anything so long as it’s not too liquid.
The banana flavour is quite dominant so play around with what you think works.
Peanut butter works well, chopped chocolate, ginger biscuits, blackcurrants
We often have bananas spare from the gites so rather than let any go brown I just bung them into the freezer until I have enough.
The skins get cut off before the flesh is chopped into chunks and I add them to a big jar of water to make banana skin ‘tea ‘ feed for the plants.( dilute 1part to 4 with more water ) Takes about a week- two to make.

And why not!…there are loads of different recipes on tinternet for fish and salad! Lovely with freshly made buttered bread too.

Love homemade pasta Bren - utterly Devine!
