BBQ tonight…even if it’s raining!

(I ‘ve got various sausages and belly pork defrosting). Hallumi , sweet potato ,courgettes and corn on the cob to bbq too. Ihave a feeling that tomorrow will be a ‘left overs day’
And of course….the obligatory lettuce as a side salad!

We are deffo making a dint into the lettuce glut….they had been growing at the rate that we’ve been eating them!

Change of plan from the mushroom omelette. Joint of pork loin with Jersey Royals, carrots, greens and YPs. The weather has taken a turn so it seems appropriate

I'd like the YKWs in minis Nicos but they don't seem to do them in double raspberry!

Tonight was chicken Kiev, new potatoes, broccoli, carrots and a sage sauce with strawberries and cream for afters. 😋😋

Hubby was out for dinner so I just had a snack of a mixed salad and baked potato,

Freekeh with feta, sundried toms and red pepper and a mixed salad on the side.

Pizza night again with a side salad and a homemade chocolate mousse

I'm going to make leek and potato soup next to have with fresh bread and butter.
