Tuna quiche with a side salad followed by apple crumble.

We ended up with little gem lettuce, Russian salad and tinned sardines. Slice of Vienetta-style ice cream for afters. It was one of those days...

I got carried away with the oven lit!

It ended up as a choice between a large tuna and spicy squid and lentil quiche, and a salmon pea and cheese quiche with a chopped lettuce side salad, and an apple and blackcurrant crumble with custard for pud

We had the left over gammon in a sandwich yesterday followed by Apple pie and cream.
Today is lasagne and salad then a Darkmilk Lolly

By special request from our guest- mushroom risotto ( with a side salad)
The crumble I made yesterday was intended for two days but it’s near enough as gone!
So probably ice cream with a taste of crumble for pud.

I'm going to make mushroom soup and we'll have it with fresh bread and butter followed by strawberries and nectarines and cream.

Hotdogs in brioche buns with salad and homemade coleslaw.

Finishing of yesterdays hotdogs/rolls tis time with a pasta, courgette, mushroom and Stilton bake.

Bean and lentil hotpot last night.

Chicken dopiaza tonight, I think. Will make enough to put some in the freezer. Will make a pot of cauli, courgette and chickpea curry on the side, with plenty also for the freezer.

Chicken goujons, tomato pesto and mozzarella bake, garlic bread and my favourite onion rings in beer batter.

Tonight I'm thinking meatballs (made from Lincolnshire sausage), a spicy tomato sauce and rice. I'll be careful today as last time I made this I got a bit carried away with the chilli.🥵🤪

Yet again nectarines and cream to follow.
