      • Throw Out as usual tonight.

        Last night was fish and chips in the Air Fryer! Since cleaning the oven I can't get the seal back on - think it might need a new one.

          • Tonight will be meatballs again, but today I'll make a spicy tomato based sauce (with onion ,garlic, mushroom, celery, peppers, etc). We'll have macaroni, garlic bread and parmesan cheese too.

            Peaches and cream.

              • Pork tenderloin in a mushroom sauce with rice and no idea what else. There's a cauli needs eating but it somehow doesn't appeal.

                • Cod tonight, baked in the oven I think, potato scallops in beer batter, carrots, peas and homemade tartare sauce.

                  I'm toying with the idea of orange jelly with mandarin oranges in it and the last peach.
