We ended up having a Meera Sodha pea and leek curry with added broad beans, plus lemon rice. Quail tonight instead.

Sweet potato and salad for lunch then Spam, egg and chips this evening.

Breaded turkey steaks with our own spuds and french beans.
Homemade Bakewell tart for pud

Hot Dogs with onions and mustard!

Nibbles of anchovy stuffed olives and feta again.

Ribs, rice or couscous, tomato and avocado salad, sweetcorn, and beer battered onion rings.

Strawberries and cream.

Mushroom risotto followed by steamed apple and blackberry sponge pudding and cream.

I wasn't supposed to be cooking today. But having just done whiting with salad, I'm somehow doing supper too. I vote for a cheeseboard and a bottle of red.

Change of plan!…risotto tomorrow instead as we have lots of bits and pieces needing eating up - so it’s frittata tonight made with all the left overs in the fridge!

Friend up the valley is definitely doing tea tonight. Must make bread today, though.

Mr GF has put in a request for a tart/quiche...... just like last weeks! I doubt it will be exactly the same but it did contain cheese, onion and mushroom, I think. We'll have a side salad and bread and butter if wanted. I'll make an extra quiche for my brother-in-law at the same time.

Our own tomato and cucumber salad, with mozzarella as a starter followed by the mushroom risotto planned for yesterday. We ate most of the steamed sponge pudding yesterday , so I’m not sure if I’ll bother with a pud.

Not sure just yet- we’re out in the camper this afternoon so will take a frozen meal I made a while ago…..so I guess we’ll find out once it’s defrosted!
