Meatballs, mashed potatoes, beetroot, carrots, broccoli and an ikea type creamy sauce/gravy for the meatballs.

Turned out that my mystery defrosted food was a cassoulet. Yum. Very happy with that!

Sweet potato and salad for lunch then soup with toasted cheese sandwiches this evening.

Mixed fruit crumble and cream for pud

Salmon baked with lemon and capers, new potatoes, carrots and peas.

Edited: not beans on toast after all. Mr Snoop, who went out for a huge lunch, came back from the shops with a huge sausage and says it needs eating tonight. I'll cook the whole thing but we'll have some tomorrow, I reckon.

I made a tuna quiche yesterday so we’ll be having that and various salads made from our own produce.
Going out in the camper to check out a new place so it’ll be a picnic if the threatened rain doesn’t appear.
