Lunch was really good, so not very hungry. Mind you, probably managed to consume a huge amount of calories, as we had cheese and Spanish cured ham. Not mentioning the G&T...

Last night ended up being a prawn and sweet potato curry with rice followed by leftover rice pudding.

Tonight I'm thinking braising steak cooked with onion and carrots and mushrooms served with mashed potato and swede, and broccoli.

Roast beef with roast parsnips and potatoes, sprouts, broccoli, cauliflower and green beans. Some family members do/don't like different vegetables. I have them all.

Complete change of plan. Mr GF, still feeling sorry for himself, has asked if he can have leek and potato soup instead.

It will probably be a meat pie made with the leftover braising steak I cooked the day before yesterday, mashed potatoes and swede, broccoli and gravy.
