Cooking tonight (Mk4)

Rabbit stew for us tonight, but not cooked by me. My contribution to today's proceedings, a couple of loaves of buttermilk and rye bread.

Lamb steak, baby potatoes, cauliflower cheese and carrots. Peaches and ice cream after. I'm also making a coffee and walnut cake to freeze, but that's for Prem Day on Friday.

Oh Snoop........ rabbit stew, I'm practically drooling. The last time I had really good rabbit stew was in Spain.

Lentil and bean stew served with spicy sausages.

Warm fruit salad with Greek yog for pud

Soup with toasted cheese sandwiches.

Mushroom omelettes with salad for lunch.

Beef stew. First of the year. Its simmering away and smells lovely.

We had a BIG potted meat and salad sandwich when we got back from shopping.

Mr GF has asked if we can just have soup tonight. I think it might be leek, onion and potato.

We were due to have broccoli curry last night, but I felt so full of cold that Mr Snoop made us beans on toast and I went straight to bed.

Faggots this evening with mushy peas and mashed potatoes.

Must buy more dried peas those were my last tray.

Salmon and asparagus pasta followed by jelly and fruit.

Last night was mushrooms with garlic and tarragon in a white sauce on toast.

Sweet potato vindaloo, with extras for the freezer.

A veggie cottage pie this evening.

Mushrooms, green lentils, carrots and a mixed beans.

Last night was chicken pasta from the freezer. Tonight may have to be soooop, one of the 57 varieties as I'm so busy with the baking! So far a lemon drizzle, coffee and walnut, mini Victoria cakes, salted chocolate shortcake biscuits, Rocky Road and mince pies. Phew!
