Oooo…now you’ve got me remembering!
When I was at junior school one of our neighbours used to make Birds custard with carnation milk and it was lovely.
She used to stir in slices of banana and left it to set. I really , really enjoyed going over to play and being given a bowl of it. Mmmm!"Nicos, Queen of Gooooogle" and... GYO's own Miss Marple
