If you have a go with the Search button you should find lots. I love a good chutney meself. Got spiced rhubarb and a Green tom and achocha this year. Last year I had crab apple and wild plum. Still got a bit left - I'm rationing it!

Just this very minute put the last of this years' Damson Chutney into jars... and mighty proud of it I am as well, on account of the fact that I steeped the Damson Berries in Gin for a couple of months, drained them off (so now I've got Damson Gin, obviously) and completely 'Double Bubble', have managed to use the berries for Chutney too.
Honestly, I do frighten myself sometimes!
So now it's going to rest for the next four weeks in a darkened cupboard to 'mature'.
I totally share Flummery's advice above. And when you find a recipe that you love to bits, once you've perfected it.... muck about with it a bit. Experimenting with a recipe once you're totally confident with the original recipe is enormous fun.
I wish you every success and lots of fun.

It's a small gourd-type thing, I got the seeds from a swap here. One plant went totaly mad and I had them coming out of my ears (nearly!). If you google the word you get a good description from the Real Seeds web site
