Hi Stella Wasn't on earlier to help, I would of added a bit more condensed milk, dip hands in warm water to help make the balls and to stop it sticking to your hands, its a good idea TO Chill the balls in the fridge for a couple of hours before you dip in chocolate, if your chocolate is quite thick, the asda one I am using is quite thick when melted you can add a small drop of veg or sunflower oil to thin it down.
Has to be said getting the consistancy right is the hardest bit, bit of trial and error needed.

The bit I had left I resolved by making them with 2 teaspoons and squashing them into shape. I think it works better when they are cold and my hands were too hot so kept melting everything. Still finding bits of coconut stuck to everything, dog even has a bit on her back!?! But they do taste Yummmmmmm

Mine are in the fridge chilling just now - can't wait until they're ready to dop in choccie!!!
How long do these things last for? Could I make a big batch now for crimbo pressies?
Just tried Sarah's fudge recipe - it didn't go to plan - in fact, now we have toffee! lol...tastes nice, but a baking disaster!!!
I'm hoping the bounty balls will come out better though.I love to talk about nothing. It's the only thing I know anything about!!
