Meatballs in a pasta tomato and mushroom sauce.

Gazpacho, tortilla and salad. Maybe some plums for afters.

I'm going to roast a chicken today. I don't fancy potatoes and veg with it so maybe garlic bread and salad.

Cottage Pie with carrots and cabbage. I'm making 3, two for the freezer. Strawberries and ice cream.

Pork chops, boiled potatoes, a selection of veg and gravy.
Stewed rhubarb and ice cream.

Aubergine parmigiana. Plums for pud.

Veggie/mushroom burgers and salad this evening.

Tonight soup, either tomato or curried sweet potato with a dish of grated parmesan and bread and butter.

Strawberries and cream.

I'm also going to strip all the remaining meat off yesterday's chicken and freeze most of it. Then I'll make stock from the carcase.

‘Very tasty green soup’ from the freezer ( yup - OH labelled it so I’ve absolutely no idea what it is)

Followed by a mushroom and bbq courgette stuffed omelette with a side salad of our lettuce and rocket.

Tomorrow is already decided. A tumble salad featuring avacado, egg and chilli anchovies.
Finishing off the green soup beforehand.
Peaches for pud.

Cauliflower cheese, with fried bacon, mushrooms and onions.

Salad followed by a bean and courgette fideuà again. Quick, easy and very tasty. Will make a harissa sauce to accompany rather than allioli to ring the changes.

Chicken stew with homemade tomatoes, courgettes, runner beans and herb prunings. For a change, I didn't use any chillis or peppers.
