Salmon with some kind of concoction on the side using up whatever I can find in the fridge/freezer. Probably onions, courgettes, peppers from the freezer and white beans from a jar.

Lasagne. It looks ok. Hope it isn't better than usually, I can't be doing with the faff

We're having homemade tomato and basil soup tonight with a dish of grated parmesan and bread and butter.

Strawberries and cream.

Final decision- turkey , pepper and onion kebabs with left over fridge salad…

Turned 3kg of tomatoes, a bit of thyme, most of a basil plant and some supermarket stuff into soup. The fridge was getting full
