Leftover bean and courgette back on toast for lunch.

This evening baked potatoes filled with mackerel, peas and pesto. Along with a garden salad.

Then I’m making steak and kidney pie ready for Sunday incase we’re out all day.

Roast chicken and chips

Supposedly lamb tagine. But I think we'll go for aubergine parmigiana instead.

Decided we’d have courgette ‘chips’ with the hotpot

Pork loin bungit with tomatoes, courgettes, carrot, onions and peppers. With rosemary, sage, mint and basil. Seems quite nice when sampled

Chicken stirfry with rice.
Cheese and crackers with a glass of red.

Tonight was salmon, leek, pea and sweetcorn risotto followed by strawberries and cream. Mr GF seems to be getting his appetite back as he had seconds and finished the risotto off.

This evening tuna steaks with Charlottes, french beans, carrots and peas.
