Left overs tonight

Yesterday we didn’t have melon for pud, but ,as not part of a diet, I decided on this self saucing microwave chocolate pud…

Tonight salmon, sweetcorn and pea risotto with any other odd bits of leftover veg thrown in too.

Today I'm going to make a beef stew/casserole in the slow cooker. We'll have it with crispy topped dumplings and a green veg, probably kale.

Been overdoing the carbs a bit recently ( not helped by having scrambled egg on toast for brunch)

So we both actually fancy a tumble salad. Not sure what’ll be in it but it’ll be our lettuce and rocket, our neighbour’s cucumber…..maybe tinned pilchards…..

We ended up with sausage casserole done in the pressure cooker last night.

Pizza for supper tonight. Toppings to be decided but the dough has been taken out of the freezer, so no changing of mind today.

Just defrosting a Guinea Fowl for tomorrow. OH wants roasts with it and then a tarte tartin for pud.
