I think I'll zap some pastry in the food processor and make a quiche, probably my favourite, cheese onion and mushroom. We'll have it with salad, couscous and maybe beer battered onion rings. I'll put some beer in the fridge now......

We'll have leftover quiche for lunch (we never did get the beer battered onion rings).
Tonight salmon steaks, mashed potatoes, carrots, french beans and parsley sauce.
