      Those cookies sound nice Snoop
Recipe at link below, Flo. I've changed it a bit and now use chocolate for baking with (doesn't melt in the oven), which I add in with the mixture rather than sticking chocolate drops on top at the end. On top looks a lot better mind. I make the full recipe as I give loads away as gifts and they freeze really well.

Edited to say: although the recipe says for 50 biscuits, I usually get around 65.

            • Eating up fridge left overs which fortunately looks like it’s going to be a rather unusual selection of things in a salad!

              • Tonight some sort of soup. I've narrowed it down to either tomato and basil or potato, onion and leek. I think I'll let Mr GF choose.

                    • Slight change of plan here…the salad is packed to eat en route.
Tonight is homemade beetroot soup, spinach salad with squid and poached egg followed by jelly and yogurt.

                            • Well the sausage wasn't very exciting - tomato for Himself and Cumberland for me. The butcher I went to used to sell all kinds of concoctions, but not any more.

Something light tonight followed by Apple pie and custard.
