I think we'll finish off the gammon today, with more new potatoes and sweetcorn and probably some cauliflower cheese, and the last of the mustard sauce.

Off up the valley for supper. Gives me time to catch up on all the washing-up I've made this morning...

I had some pastry left over from the flans, so I've just made a jam and coconut tart. It smells divine, but we haven't even started the trifle yet!
