Tonight prawns. I'm thinking with some kind of spicy tomato and garlic sauce and either rice or pasta.

Fresh pears for pud

Have some lamb mince left so I shall pack out with lentils and bns and make shepherd's pie that will do tomorrow night also. Veg with tonight's portion.

Same again this evening but with frozen french beans instead of kale.

I've taken haggis out of the freezer for tonight. We'll have it with mashed potato and swede, carrots, french beans and a creamy whisky flavoured gravy.

Belly pork with veg and gravy. No pud, although there is rather a lot of Rocky Road ....
