^Donuts are a change, Flo. Not sure I've ever seen you post those and I'm sure I would have noticed, as I love jam doughnuts.

We didn't have toad in the hole yesterday. The day ran away with me, so we had leftover courgette and butterbean soup and toasted cheese and Branston sandwiches.

We're on for misir and doro wat tonight. That's a regular for us too... Probably a yogurt for pud to calm my mouth down afterwards.

    Lasagne and salad. Donuts.

It's posting on here that has made me realise that we're in a bit of a rut. Must make some changes!

Toad in the hole. Still having no luck with the hole, but the toad is always good! Cabbage on the side. If I can get around to it, apricot fool with dried apricots cooked in orange juice. We bought some oranges the other day and they're only fit for juicing. It'll be the local citrus fruit season very, very soon.

Never blame me for chips. I'd never ever been a fan (until I visited our local fish and chip shop about 4 weeks ago).

Last night's Eve's pudding changed to apple crumble somehow and it was gorgeous.

Tonight I think I'll make some soup. Possibly mushroom with lots of tarragon. We'll have it with bread and butter and grated parmesan.

I'm thinking rice pudding for pudding. I've just put pineapple (fresh or tinned) on my shopping list as I've got a yen for pineapple upside down pudding and custard one day shortly.😋
