Turkey and veg kebabs with pasta and a side salad

Blackberry and apple with yog for pud

Steak, with onions, mushrooms and roast potatoes.
Cheese and crackers with a glass of red.

Slow cooker brisket, with carrots, swede, kale, mashed potatoes and Yorkshire puds.

Same again this evening without the Yorkshire puds.

Tumble salad incorporating yesterday’s left overs.
Banana and yog for pud

Roast lamb and gravy from the freezer with roast potatoes, carrots and YPs

Peppered steak with roasties and a selection of veg.

Omlette with roasted veggies

Mushroom and veg lasagne with olive bread.

Chinese-style pork ribs. Rest of the coconut and strawberry tart bought in the market yesterday and quite surprisingly delicious

A simple cheese on toast for me and a defrosted curry for OH
yog for pud

Mushroom and spring onion stir fry with rice this evening.

Last night was tomato soup and bread and butter followed by strawberries and cream

Tonight cod fishcakes, parsley sauce, peas and a few chips. Strawberries and cream again.

Not very hungry so probably naked beans on toast.
