Tonight, mostly due to sore throat and generally feeling awful, homemade tomato soup, with a base of homemade chicken stock and soft bread rolls.

Strawberries and cream.

Total change as OH has said he won’t be eating with me this evening.
I’d already defrosted some prawns and avacado for starters for us both so I’ll make a salad for myself. A bit too much for one person but I’m sure I can handle it

Well…we have mozzarella, cooked lamb steaks, uncooked cabbage and 4 double yolker eggs.
its going to be a right mishmash of things tonight!

Got some French madeleines to make for gifts too. Maybe some bread for us.

Supper will be something - anything - from the freezer.

Last night was bacon, egg and tomato followed by strawberries and cream.

Shock of shocks: Mr GF, who I am trying to encourage to eat a little more had a croissant and jam earlier and asked for a second one.

I'm going to make a fish pie for tonight with some cod out of the freezer and then more strawberries and cream.
