Salad plus meatballs and pasta. I shall sneak another courgette into the sauce. There is plenty of choice for pud today.
A sandwich for supper if that.
Just defrosting a beef curry and a lamb and coconut curry which I made a while ago for the camper. Too tired to be bothered with cooking so microwaving the curries and cooking some rice is my limit.
There is a diet trifle in the fridge too… I’m guessing we’ll be too full for that though.

^^^^ diet trifle…..Tis diet jelly , stewed fruit ( apple, rasps ,blackcurrants), and one small yogurt ( sometimes the zero kind) set together , served with French custard ( mostly made with water but very vanillary and lower calories than low-fat cream.)
About 100 cals for a decent sized serving. Feels like a bit of a refreshing ‘treat’ rather than fresh fruit all the time.
I'm going to roast a chicken tonight. Not sure whether to go with salad and garlic bread OR couscous and roast veg OR Yorkshire pudding, roast and mashed potatoes and other veg.
Ive some chicken breasts out so thinking of stuffing with flavoured rice of sorts and maybe some mozzarella, maybe with salad and a tomato and basil salad
