Burgers with blue cheese dressing plus salad. Maybe gazpacho for starter if Mr Snoop fancies some.

I've got a chicken ready to go in the oven. Neither of us fancy traditional roast chicken tonight though so I'll probably use leg meat in a risotto with sweetcorn and peas, keep some breast out for sandwiches, bag and freeze the rest and make the carcass into stock tomorrow. The crispy skin will obviously somehow disappear in my direction.

As I was out yesterday (lamb rump with red wine gravy, spinach mash, red cabbage, white cabbage, broccoli, beans, peas and carrots then chocolate brownies with cream - yum) Himself has requested a fish and chips throw out. I have no objection!

I don't know where the inspiration has come from, maybe the rather grey weather, but a big Yorkshire pudding, chicken, and gravy. Some kind of veg. It's so long since I made a Yorkshire pudding that I hope I haven't forgotten how.
