Yesterday's Yorkshire pudding really hit the spot. As it was my choice I've let Mr GF choose today.

It will be homemade soup, probably tomato made with some of the chicken stock, with bread and butter and a bowl of parmesan to sprinkle over.

Peaches and cream.

Cottage Pie and veg, strawberries and cream. I'm making an Apple pie today for tomorrow.

Turkey escalopes with the rest of the corn on the cob and a huuuge pile of our french beans.
I’m making a diet trifle but we do have some peaches which are ready to eat…

Neither of us could decide what we fancied so its tuna cheese melt sandwich (using my sourdough) , salad and crisps

Sandwiches for Himself, chicken tikka wraps and salad for me, which will include some potatoes I've harvested from a builder's bucket! Apple pie and cream.

Going to make some skewers from some chicken breasts and bung on the bbq to cook. Will harvest some salad and maybe tip out my last bag of potatoes to have also.

Beetroot and chickpea hummus with celery and carrots.
Lettuce all over for now so it’s going to be a runner bean salad with turkey goujons

Cheese and Branston sandwiches. Branston is a luxury for us, so not quite as plain and boring as it might sound!

Snoop, I once made a homemade "Branston pickle" from an Internet recipe, but unfortunately I lost the recipe. I do remember it was good though.
