Some white fish from the freezer, served with coleslaw, our spuds and runner beans and a small lettuce side salad.
The rest of the ‘trifle’ for pud with Greek yog.

Mr GF decided he really wanted soup last night, so I took some out of the freezer. Omelette another day.

Tonight salmon, pea and sweetcorn risotto.

Cumberland sausage rings - I had planned with mash, carrots and cabbage, but it's a bit warm for that so I'll see what the weather does! Strawberries and cream.

For some unknown reason last night's salmon risotto was even better than normal and Mr GF cleared both his plate and the pan.

Tonight I was thinking either: homemade fish pie OR omelette OR fish fingers. However, Mr GF has put in a request for soup again.

I've got a big box of mushrooms, so probably mushroom soup, a bowl of grated parmesan and bread and butter.
