We were going to have a bacon and egg fry up, but we both have an upset tummy, so it might be soooop

Tonight fillets of sole, potatoes dauphinoise, carrots and peas.

The all-in Chinese chicken dish I didn't make yesterday.

Salmon darns, boiled potatoes, carrots, corn and peas.

Poached eggs on marmite toast, apple and rhubarb crumble with custard.

Tonight I'm think stuffed chicken breast (with mushrooms, chorizo and mozz) with a barley risotto and some veg (I have broc,cabbage and peas to decide upon)

Lamb and veg casserole.

Tonight haggis, mashed potatoes and swede, carrots, french beans and creamy gravy.

I might make some more trifle-like creations as Mr GF loved them last week. I was trying to think of what to put in the base and I've realised there is some leftover Christmas cake still hanging around that might work, then mandarins, custard, whipped cream and finely chopped whisky soaked fruit and nut mix on top.

Oooh mini trifles, thats a good idea. Could of done that with last nights last of the cake.

Change of plan, going to throw things in the slow cooker instead. Time that was going again.
