As for here, the aubergines live to wrinkle another day. We ended up with mushroom risotto, followed by raspberries and yogurt. I think I should just admit to myself I don't much care for mushroom risotto. The texture's not quite right. Still, I do like raspberries and I do like yogurt. So not all was lost.Comment

We're on for roast chicken again tonight. Still seems special, like a proper Sunday roast. But not much effort when I just bung it and the veg in the chicken brick, and not very expensive either.Comment
