I got them in the market last week GF on the recommendation of my GGs. They're boneless and have some spicy marinade on them, so I'm hoping that doesn't scare Himself!
Channelling Mr Bones perhaps tonight. Rather miss his inspiring meals.
For us: leftover stuffed aubergines with a green bean, baby broad bean and roasted red pepper salad with onion rings pickled in balsamic vinegar and a sour cream, olive oil and Riesling vinegar dressing.
