He didn't change amounts for what we needed so used less hence freezing the other bit.

Tonight was roast beef with roast King Edwards and parsnips, carrots, broccoli, sprouts and Yorkshire puddings. Washed down with a very pleasant 2015 Rioja,

We'll finish off the quiche with salad for lunch.

I've given Mr GF the choice of prawn curry and rice/naan or tomato soup and bread and butter tonight. He's picked soup.

It will be chilli, cottage pie style (with mash and cheese on the top), with veg. It will do 2days.

Containergardener - Steak, kidney and potatoes. Desperate Dan was a cartoon character, his pie was so big it had horns! That's showing my age

I didn't make two, but we managed only half of it, so the other half tonight. The other pastry I took out of the freezer will become an Apple and raspberry pie for another day
