I was planning on a curry but I seem to have overdone buying lettuce, rocket, lambs lettuce and mixed salad leaves this week ( clearly longing for summer!), so it looks like it’ll be a salad again tonight with Tuna.
The oranges are super sweet so deffo those for pud!"Nicos, Queen of Gooooogle" and... GYO's own Miss Marple

I'm really fancying pastry today. I've got leftover falling to pieces braising steak and veg in gravy from the day before yesterday. I'm thinking of bunging it in the bottom of a pie dish and covering with pastry. We'll have it with PSB, mashed potato and extra gravy.
I'll go and zap some pastry next.

I nearly changed my mind about pie yesterday. I was thinking " Oh I can't be bothered making pastry". I must have been feeling lazy as it takes less than 5 minutes. In the end I made it and we were both so glad that I did. For some reason the pie tasted really good, better than usual and we were both scraping the last bits of pastry off the edge of the pie dish. We also had some of the clotted cream ice cream for afters.
Today salmon. I think I'll make a risotto with it throwing in peas and sweetcorn too.
