Tonight I'm making a fish pie. I've already cooked the fish in milk and then made the milk into parsley sauce. I did consider making a pastry top but in the end settled for caper mash topped with sliced tomato and grated cheese. We'll have it with peas.
I also bought another box of the clotted cream ice cream this afternoon AND some tutti frutti ice cream to try.
