Cooking Tonight #5

[Florence Fennel]

Lasagne from the freezer, sneaky salad and crusty bread.

Fish, chips, carrots and peas.
Stewed apple and custard.

Last night was fish cooked in tomatoes with olives and basil, with new potatoes and salad.
Followed by orange cake with clotted cream icecream and chocolate sprinkles

Tonight by OHs request is smoked bacon and cheese quiche, new potatoes and salad.
Probably cake, icecream and sprinkles

Last of the bean and aubergine curry from the freezer last night. Tonight, breaded fish and veg.

Decision made!
As I’m trying out a new counter top oven with a Dorset apple cake, I’ll make a mackerel quiche.
( we have 4 dozen eggs to consume!)
Served with home made coleslaw and a rocket and spinach side salad.
Apple and blackberries with homemade yogurt for pud

Soooop with crusty bread, then shop bought trifle.
