I’ve defrosted one small biftek hache ( but like a lean burger) for me to serve with leek and asparagus sauce and french beans. ( OH is having a beef and lentil lasagna as it’s a single ‘left over’ portion.

All change: went to get the chicken for the doro wat out of the fridge and remembered I bought a pair of trout for tea. So those with a bit of rice and an onion, red pepper and courgette affair. You know what I mean, fried and jumbled up but not what you'd call a stir-fry. Anyway, that.

Fisherman's pie, which seems to be Ocean pie with leeks and mushrooms added. With a head of broccoli.
Seemed to be a success.
Tomorrow is Bolognese/ragù alla napoletana with chips (MIL struggles with spaghetti).Location:- Rugby, Warwckshire on Limy clay (within sight of the Cement factory)
