Those look good, GF. I'm afraid I have no photo to share. I've been really tired in the evenings lately, so Mr Snoop ended up doing supper yesterday. Won't happen tonight either as I've discovered some chops that need eating. So pork chops with apple and a load of green veg.

Mr Snoop insisted on trying the toad in the hole yesterday. Not successful as proper toad in the hole, more like sausages in drop scones. Not unpleasant but not as good as a proper TiTH.

Chops in apple and onion tonight.

Tonight, pan fried sea bass, baby Jersey royals, sweetcorn and peas.

We’ve just been eating outside. Lovely in the sun but really nippy when the clouds pass in front.

White asparagus (imported by a German visitor) with brown butter and potatoes. Traditionally it would be with sauce hollandaise, but I didn't have fresh eggs.
