Last night we had chicken salad rolls
I then had some salted caramel icecream (bit sweet for me)

OH made a cauli curry yesterday so there is some left for today.
Will do something with courgettes to go with it

Blackcurrant and plum jelly for pud with skyr

Chicken tikka wraps for me, ham sandwiches for himself. Pears and yoghurt for me, egg custard for himself.

Too hot to cook so we defrosted a chicken and mango curry to serve with last night’s cauli curry leftovers.
Having just put 5kg of mirabelle in the freezer we desperately need the space!
And on that subject- I’m defrosting a lamb shank for tomorrow…
Probably cooked with leeks and broad beans from the freezer - served with couscous or barley and a side salad.

Last night last of the roast chicken into laksa using my broad beans, peas, spring onions, chard and some noodles and coconut milk
No pud as OH forced me to eat a little icecream split(mivvi) and a mini Lagnum (lidl magnum) yesterday

Tonight bbq
So out of the freezer have come chipotle chicken thighs and some pork mince, the mince will be made into mini burgers topped with cheese, will do some salad , bean tomato and olive oil salad and a couscous salad

Brunch today: gazpacho, Spanish garlic chicken (pollo al ajillo), tomato and carrot salad plus courgette fritters.

Lamb shank casserole as intended.
Its cooking now before I need to close off all the doors and windows against the heat.

Mixed fruit jelly and live yog for pud.
