We have some pork mince left so will make a couple of moroccan kofta kebabs to go with some chicken thighs I fancy flavouring with goan flavours, all cooked on the bbq.
Salad , my new potatoes and a mint yoghurt dressing.
Simple tonight…rest of the lamb stew veggies served with our climbing beans, mushroom sauce and biftek hache, and maybe some buttered seeded bread.

Last night was fish fingers, hash browns and peas with homemade tartare sauce followed by strawberries and cream.
Tonight salmon with new potatoes, sweetcorn, broccoli and tartare sauce. I know you're supposed to put gherkin in the tartare sauce but I didn't have any yesterday so added a bit of my homemade cucumber pickle instead. I actually think it was an improvement.
Last night OH got carried away making kebabs/skewers so having the rest tonight, he has decided on some farmhouse sausage also. Cooking inside as forecast rain which hasn't happened. Having with my new potatoes with I've added my broadbeans and peas and will.top with butter and parmesan and salad also mine
