Cooking Tonight #5

Last night, we finished the leftover curried sweet potato soup and then had strawberries and cream.

Tonight, I think fishcakes, hash browns, carrots, peas, and homemade parsley sauce.

More strawberries and cream. I wonder how much longer there will be nice strawberries around? (I'm actually fancying a nice apple pie or crumble, though.)

I think pork In a creamy mushroom and tarragon sauce (as I've plenty tarragon), with have my my new potatoes and either a side salad or some peas
Brought some cakes home yesterday (fairy cakes from mums baking session) will have with some icecream

Bought some ready made pizza dough balls , recommended to me for speed. (From local farm shop). So the intention is a pizza tonight.

Change of plan I've been given a punnet of mushrooms. So it will either be mushroom curry or a pasta dish.

Stewed apple and ice cream.
