We have loads of french beans needing eating, so I’m thinking maybe a hot ‘salad’ using beans, gnocchi, lardons, mushrooms with a poached egg or two on top.
Nicos have you tried Madhur Jaffrey’s Green bean curry. Its amongst my favourite curries plus it uses up a fair amount of beans.

                • Thanks, Bren. I've got that in a book and I keep looking at it but never make it. Will give it a go soon.

As for us, we ended up with fajitas. Mr Snoop wasn't keen on fish... He'll have to have it tomorrow, mind.

                  • I like the sound of that recipe Bren.
I must give it a try.
