        Yesterday we didn’t have melon for pud, but ,as not part of a diet, I decided on this self saucing microwave chocolate pud…

        A total winner. Incredibly light and moist - thought you may like to give it a try? (I used butter and three times the quantity in a Pyrex bowl.)
