We were going to have haggis, mashed potatoes and veg but then I saw your bacon, egg, sausage, etc, Flo.

I've now just been to Sainsbury's for some of Mr GF's favourite bacon so we're having bacon, egg, mushrooms and tomatoes, bread and butter.

Baked Basa fillets with roasted vegetables.

Roast chicken with as much veg as I can pile on my plate.

We're having what we were originally going to have yesterday:

Haggis, mashed potatoes and swede, carrots and french beans with a creamy whisky flavoured gravy.

Some sausages and a local black pudding (no big bits of fat) somehow snuck their way into the fridge in my absence. Better cook the lot and have some with greens and a baked potato. Will chop the leftovers into a lentil dish for the freezer.

As Mr GF is feeling sorry for himself with all the classic cold symptoms he can have soup. Probably mushroom made with homemade chicken stock as a base.

I'll see if I can find some strawberries.
