Just give it a gentle thump and it becomes ‘crumbly’ again , so yes - as much as you need. And no need to defrost it either.

Not sure about tonight. Certainly something with spaghetti squash as I’ve some needing using up…unless I freeze it?

I’ve got a pork casserole on the go, roasted veg, and a leek and turkey quiche, and I’ve already made the bread and butter pudding for the weekend. No jam, but loads of apple and raisins and cinnamon in a cream based eggy milk.

So, as I don’t want to tuck into any of those…I need to put my thinking cap on for tonight.
Possibly something simple like mushrooms on toast. Followed by fresh fruit salad and yog.

Tonight a sort of prawn salad/large prawn cocktail with bread and butter. I'll go and make some mayonnaise shortly to turn into Marie Rose sauce to put over it.

Tinned peaches and cream.

Store bought cheese patties on bread cobs with salad and sauté potatoes.
