  • Pudding has changed again. We're now having posset. I've never made it before but came across a recipe for tangerine posset. I made it with clementines instead. It tastes lovely. I've put it in the fridge now so I just hope that it sets.

        • No cooking for me tonight as we're off up the valley for supper. Mind you, I'm on big lunch duty tomorrow.

          A quick consultation: I like prunes in wine but not sure how appealing others would find them. Any views?

              • I used to love them at school dinners, and go back for seconds, and even thirds, but nowadays, No. Maybe I should try them in wine though.
